This is my entry for lyrical reflection contest [link] I only planned to spend a couple of hours today coming up with something as I have to write my thesis for uni. A day later and no thesis, but this is the end result. I’m not entirely happy with it, but I think it was a day well spent.

This is based on the forbidden love of good versus evil. It is about sworn enemies who fall in love. But rather than risk spending eternity alone and heartbroken by hunting down the other, as is expected of them, their love wins and they decide to be together. “I’d rather have you close than never at all” – Darren Hayes
